Cody Hudspeth is a licensed Illinois public adjuster and the professional behind Legacy Claims LLC. He brings a combination of property insurance claims knowledge and extensive hands-on construction experience to his work.
His background includes years of experience as an Area Development Manager in residential homebuilding, along with managing crews responsible for constructing high-end custom homes. Cody also holds an unlimited roofing license and has extensive knowledge of roofing systems, construction methods, materials, installation practices and property repair requirements.
This practical experience allows him to evaluate property damage and insurance estimates with an understanding of how buildings are actually constructed and repaired. His construction and roofing background provides valuable insight into damage, repair scopes, estimating, and disagreements over how damaged property should be repaired. Combined with his insurance claims experience, it supports thorough, evidence-based claim evaluations and professional representation. Cody also has experience working alongside attorneys and litigation teams on complex insurance claims, supporting the claims side of those disputes without providing legal advice or legal representation.
